VehicleCare is a web-based application that allows users to track and manage vehicle maintenance, repairs, parts, and related documentation. The service includes features for task management, invoice storage, cost tracking, maintenance history, and an in-app support chat for assistance.

3. User Accounts and Security

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. User Data and Content

Support chat content

Messages sent via the in-app support chat may be retained to provide assistance, improve support quality, and maintain an accurate record of issues and resolutions. Do not share passwords or sensitive payment information in chat.

6. Service Availability

Real-time features (like chat and typing indicators) rely on network connectivity and may be affected by third-party infrastructure.
